Connections Lexington Community (CLC) is a ministry of Mt. Horeb that serves families experiencing poverty within our community. Their mission is to support individuals who have felt forgotten or overwhelmed by poverty by addressing the needs of the whole person. They believe lives can be transformed through Jesus Christ and are committed to walking alongside each person on their journey to financial, physical, mental and spiritual well-being. For over six years, CLC has been building Christ-centered community by uniting volunteers, mentors, staff and families.

We invite you to participate in GO Week by serving a meal for our CLC families on Tuesday, October 7 or October 14 at 5:15 PM. Each week, we serve approximately 25 individuals. You do not need to bring anything; just show up and serve our people dinner!

This is great for small groups.

Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email, and your Go Week Missions Captain, Sherry Jones, will be in touch with you as you get closer to your serving date. Sherry is also the CLC director. She will email you regarding specifics, location and any other information you may need.

If you would like to purchase a Go Week T-shirt, you may do so directly below for $10, with a $40 max per family. We are taking GO Week t-shirt orders until Friday, September 26.

The GO Week t-shirt has the GO Week logo and verse on the front. The back is a list of our Mt. Horeb GO Week partners. When considering your shirt size, the t-shirts are Comfort Wash by Hanes, the same as the 2025 VBS t-shirts.

T-shirts are available for pick-up October 5-18, and you will be notified via email when they come in. Additional t-shirts are available to purchase after October 5, but there will be a limited number, and your size is not guaranteed.
